On oral request, the petitioner is permitted to add "District Women and Child Development Officer, Yavatmal" as party respondents. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

It is the case of the petitioner that he has married with respondent no.6 on 20.04.2024. Respondent no.5 Police Station called both of them and then police handed over custody of wife to Rgd.

Order 2604wp381.24 newly added respondent. The petitioner claims that his wife is major, for which he has produced documents. He submitted that his wife has been wrongfully detained by respondent no.7, and therefore, seeks a prerogative writ of habeas corpus. Issue notice to respondent nos. 5 and 7, returnable on 30.04.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for respondent nos. 5 and 7.
