Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition as she intends to challenge the amendment to Rule 19(3)(C)(ii) of Notification dated 10th February, 2022 to the Maharashtra Prisons (Mumbai Furlough and Parole)(Amendment) Rules, 2022.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. Copy of the amended petition be given to the other side in advance. In case any affidavit-in-reply to the same, be filed within a period of two weeks.

Thereafter, place the matter for further consideration on 15th July, 2024.
