This is a writ of habeas corpus filed by petitioners alleging that their two daughters have been wrongfully confined by respondent Nos.2 and 3. It is stated that both girls went missing, therefore, on 25.11.2023, missing report was lodged. According to the petitioners, both girls are in the custody of respondent Nos.2 and 3 from 26.11.2023.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos.2, 3 and newly added respondent No.4, returnable after vacation. 5.
