It is the case of petitioners that they are investors. The property has been attached under the provisions of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, but, since long there is no disbursement by the authorized officer. Petitioners would submit that earlier they have approached this Court by filing Criminal Writ Petition No.742/2013 and others, wherein this Court has granted liberty to Rgd.

Order 0305wp396.24 approach again if within reasonable time there is no progress.
