By this petition, the petitioner is seeking compliance of the order of the Magistrate dated 09.11.2023, by which the motor vehicle of the petitioner was directed to be released. It is his grievance that despite order, vehicle is not released.

The learned A.P.P. appearing for respondents submitted that the order of Magistrate is complied. The motor vehicle was entrusted to Rgd.
Order 0905wp432.24 the petitioner, but, later on the revenue authorities have seized the same and thus, the petition is not maintainable.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 13.06.2024. Learned A.P.P. waives notice for respondents.
