DATE : 19TH JULY, 2024 The learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition, stating that the petition was filed inadvertently before there was any order of rejection of the application for parole by the Competent Authority. Now the order has been passed last week.

Taking into consideration the fact that on the date of the petition, there was no cause of action for the petitioner to knock the doors of this Court. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn and now when the order is passed, the petitioner can challenge the same. Hence, the liberty is granted.
