The petitioner has filed this petition with prayer to grant interim stay to the execution of warrant issued by the District Consumer Dispute Grievance Commission, Bhandara in execution proceeding No.2023/36. The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Consumer Forum before the State Commission, which was conditionally stayed by the State Commission on depositing the amount of Rs.1,20,000/-. The petitioner has deposited Rs.60,000/- and remaining amount of Rs.60,000/-, he was unable to deposit the same, as the Resolution Plan was approved.

Considering the circumstances and genuine difficulty of the petitioner, the execution of arrest warrant is stayed till next date.
