Heard learned advocate for the petitioner. Perused the record and proceedings.

In this petition, the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner by the District Consumer Grievance Commission, Bhandara, dated 16th April, 2024, is challenged. It is seen that execution proceeding No.2023/36 is pending before the Commission. The reasons have been stated in the petition. It appears that the petitioner has not applied for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant before the Commission. 3.

The petitioner is granted liberty to apply for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant before the Commission. Similarly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make an appropriate application to bring to the notice the intervening events and circumstances.

The non-bailable warrant, issued against the petitioner, shall not be executed by two weeks from today. 5.

The petitioner must make an application within two weeks from today. If he fails to make an application within two weeks, then the Commission shall be at liberty to execute the non-bailable warrant.
