Mr. Rai, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to pay 50% of the total loan amount. Mr. Ghate, learned advocate for the respondent submits that now the loan account has been closed. 2.

Learned advocates for the parties shall place on record the statements with regard to the total loan amount repaid on the date of closure of the loan account. They shall also place on record the statements with regard to the actual payment made by them towards their share. They shall produce on record the documents to show the payment made by them individually.
