DATE : 12TH JUNE, 2024 Pursuant to our order dated 12/06/2024, the girl i.e. respondent No.3 appeared today before us at 2.30 pm. We have made enquiry with her in Chamber as a part of mediation and also we had allowed the petitioner to have talked with her. 2.

We could gather from the enquiry with her as well as not in dispute that the respondent No.3 is major. We do not want to reproduce other statements those emerged in the enquiry, but what we could gather is that she is residing with respondent No.4 voluntarily.
