The petitioner being prisoner No.C/8019 came to be convicted for an offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code by the Sessions Court, Wardha vide judgment and order dated February, 22, 2010.

The petitioner thereafter, twice availed the benefit of parole and once furlough.

5.

At this stage, since both i.e. learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. are unable to satisfy the query of the Court, seek time to prepare and address the Court.

Both the Counsel assure that they shall file proper synopsis including dates of events so as to enable this Court to take up the matter for final disposal at this stage.
