Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition as she intends to challenge the amendment to Rule 19(3)(C)(ii) of Notification dated 10.2.2022 to the Maharashtra Prisons (Mumbai Furlough and Parole)(Amendment) Rules, 2022.
