Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and perused the documents. It is stated by the petitioner that he got married on 19.1.2024 with daughter of respondent No.4 and he says that the girl is major but then they were brought by police to Nagpur as missing complaint was lodged, then it is stated that the girl went along with parents/taken by the parents and the petitioner now says that she has been detained against her wish. The petitioner stated that he received a video clip from his wife on mobile whats-app on 13.4.2024 and he has produced the pen drive wherein he had copied the said clip along with petition. He has given the said pen drive for keeping it in the safe custody of this Court and he has also attached affidavit in compliance under Section 65(B) of the Indian Evidence Act.

As the transcript of the same is not given we direct Registrar (J.) to go through the pen drive and give report to this Court as to whether there is any content to support the petitioner stating that the girl has been detained against her wish. We want to exercise this before the notice is issued. Accordingly, Registrar (J.) to give the report on 28.6.2024.
