Learned A.P.P. submits that the police had gone in search of the girl in place of respondent No.4, however, it was informed that the girl is in Gujrat.

Now, the learned Advocate Mr. Sayyad Sufiyan appears and submits that he has instructions to appear for the respondent Nos.4 to 6. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama within a period of two weeks.

In fact, when this Court had issued notice in the matter, it presupposes that the police should search for the girl and, if available, then should bring her before the Court. It may not have been stated in so many words when notice was issued but that is the only purport of the order. An exhaustive report should have been filed on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.4 to 6 seeks accommodation to file affidavit-in-reply. Such reply be filed within a period of two weeks from today and place

Respondent Nos.4 to 6 are directed to produce the girl before this Court on that day.
