Learned Advocate Appearing for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the petition as he submits that certain documents are remained to be annexed which were important. He seeks liberty to file fresh writ petition.

As regards the withdrawal of the writ petition is concerned, it would be depend on the wish of the party and now the petitioners intend to withdraw the same, so there will not be a hurdle for allowing the petitioners to withdraw the petition. However, as regards the liberty to file fresh writ petition is concerned, we keep the said point open for agitation, if any, on the part of the respondents at the appropriate stage, if the fresh petition is filed. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
