I have gone through the impugned order dated 19.06.2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanora. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there is breach of various provisions. Learned Magistrate has not taken the same into consideration while passing the impugned order. He submits that the buffaloes are in the custody of the petitioner-Foundation. The petitioner is ready to maintain the same. It is also pointed out that the maintenance charges are not deposited. He

In view of the above, in the meantime, there shall be stay to the impugned order dated 19.06.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanora, in Misc. Criminal application No. 11/2024, till the next date. 6.

Stand over to 15.07.2024.
