It is petitioners' case that their father along with ancestres of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have purchased piece of land in the year 1973. Later on, lay-out was prepared and some plots were sold. It is petitioners' contention that above named respondents have created forged documents and latter on, they have manipulated the record in connivance with the N.I.T, Municipal Corporation and Government Functionaries.

The petitioners have filed a complaint to the Police dated 01.09.2023 (page 166), however action has not been taken and therefore petitioners seek direction to that effect.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 11 returnable after six weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for non-applicant No. 11.

Petitioners to satisfy regarding incorporation of other respondents.
