Learned APP submits that the proposal dated 04.11.2022, forwarded to the Chief Secretary, Home Department, Mumbai, for attachment of the property and for appointment of Competent Authority, is under consideration. Learned APP submits that it is at the final stage. 2.

The petitioner/accused has made this petition for release of the property on supratnama. The Court has to decide the petition.

In view of this, the learned APP shall see that this proposal submitted by the Collector to the Chief Secretary, Home Department, Mumbai, is taken to a logical conclusion within three weeks from today.

If there is no progress in the matter within three weeks, then the Court shall decide the petition on the basis of the available record.
