Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file reply to the show cause notice issued by the learned Special Court under Section 7 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (for short, "MPID Act"). 2.

Learned APP submits that the application under Section 7 of the MPID Act has been filed by the Competent Authority before the learned Special Court.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file reply to the show cause notice after receipt of the same.

It is made clear that this Court has not considered this petition on merits.
