Considering the fact that the last chance was granted on 17.12.2024, in response to the notice issued on 12.08.2024 by this Court and the respondent - Detaining Authority having failed to file reply and also has not issued any instructions to the office of the Public Prosecutor, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to pay costs of Rs.5000/- each by next date of hearing. 2.

As such, we accept the request of respondents for grant of time to file reply.

The costs be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.
