The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has applied for grant of furlough leave on 21.06.2023, which was not considered. The petitioner would submit that there is a typographical error in prayer clause (a) but the petitioner is seeking directions to expeditiously decide her application for furlough leave.

In view of above, we direct respondent No.1Special Police Inspector General Prison (East Region),Nagpur to decide petitioner's application dated 21.06.2023 within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

With above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
