Both parties are present before us. This writ of habeas corpus has originated out of matrimonial dispute between the parent of a child of whose production is sought. It appears that on deliberation, the matrimonial dispute would be resolved.

Both learned Counsel as well as parties have consented to refer the matter for mediation.

By consent, Ms Padma Chandekar, learned Advocate is appointed as a Mediator.

Both parties shall appear before the learned Mediator within one week as per convenience of the learned Mediator.

The learned Mediator is requested to submit report within two weeks from the date of first appearance of the parties.
