The petitioner has filed this petition for directions to respondents to conduct proper investigation in First Information Report vide Crime No. 596/2023 registered with Police Station Ajani, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 407, 420, 465, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the applicant stated that the crime is registered as the order was passed under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the direction of the Sessions Court. It is stated that the flat purchased by the petitioner was given on rent. to the tenant and tenant he has sold it to third person. Hence, the petitioner is praying for thorough investigation in this matter.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable after four weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
