By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No. 2 Police Station Officer, Police Station, Mohadi and respondent No. 3 Tehsildar, Mohadi to release the Truck bearing Registration No. MH-40-CM-6598 of the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for petitioner has stated that the learned Magistrate has passed an order and released vehicle, but still respondent No.2 is not handing over the vehicle.
