The petitioner has applied for parole.

Adverse police report was received stating that the surety is not willing. In such a background, the petitioner has filed another application dated 25.06.2024 for furnishing another surety. It is his grievance that the said application is not considered, however, his parole application is decided.

Order 1408wp636.24 application of petitioner dated 25.06.2024 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today. Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
