The petitioner has impugned herein the communication dated 29.03.2022 by which the petitioner was summoned by the respondent No.1 Director General of Central Goods and Services Intelligence, Nagpur. The petitioner has obtained pre-arrest bail. However, this court has cancelled the same. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has approached to the Apex Court, who in turn has granted protection for six weeks with a direction to approach to this Court.
