On oral request petitioners are permitted to delete respondent No.3. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

It is petitioners' grievance that Crime No.199/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 504 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and Crime No.184/2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code have been registered against them with respondent No.6 Rawanvadi Police Station, Gondia. It is the petitioners' contention that in pursuance of directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Youth Bar Association of India V/s. Union of India and another reported in (2016) 9 SCC 473 police did not upload the F.I.R. within stipulated period nor a copy of F.I.R. has been forwarded to the jurisdictional Magistrate. Besides that petitioners' urge is for quashing of both F.I.Rs. 4.

Initially issue notice to respondent No.6 only returnable on 12.9.2024.
