It appears from the Pursis of Advocate N.S. Bhelkar that the petitioner has taken away the case papers along with all original documents of the present petition from him on 22/10/2024, and therefore, it is stated in the Pursis that, Advocate N.S. Bhelkar is unable to continue as a counsel for the petitioner in the present matter.
2.
It appears from the impugned order that it was passed on 19/04/2023, thereby externing the petitioner for two years from Amravati city as well as Amravati (Rural) District. It appears from the record that the advocate for the petitioner has filed Pursis stating that the petitioner has taken away the papers. Under such circumstances, it appears to me that, the petitioner is not interested in persuading the petition,
42-Cr.WP-652-2024 as the period mentioned in the impugned order is already over. Hence, the Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed.
