This application is filed to transfer the investigation from Lakkadganj Police Station to Special Branch of Commissioner of Police/C.I.D (Crime Investigation Department),Nagpur City , Nagpur. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that the counter complaints were lodged and though the CCTV footage provided by the applicant is not considered while registering the First Information Report, therefore the investigation may transfer. 3.
