Ms. S.S. Jachak, learned A.P.P. on instructions from the Assistant Commissioner of Police Ms. Anita More, Lakadganj Police Station, submits that after having gone through the CCTV Footage appropriate instructions are issued to record the statement of the complainant. According to learned A.P.P. within three days the statement of the complainant will be recorded and will be part of the chargesheet filed in the crime registered at the behest of complainant being Crime No.696/2024.

In view of aforesaid statement coming from the learned A.P.P. we see no reason to keep the petition pending having accepted the said statement.

The assurance given by the Assistant Commissioner of Police that she shall be diligent in the matter of compliance of orders of the Court within time frame, is also accepted.
