Parole leave is rejected on the ground that the petitioner's mother is not admitted in any hospital for treatment and particularly, the petitioner has three brothers who put take care of mother.

The learned counsel for petitioner made a statement that the petitioner is only son and because of his absence, eye-treatment cannot be given to his mother. 4.

The concerned Authority to verify the contention and submit about the statement that the petitioner is the only son of his ill mother.

5.

Stand over after two weeks.
