Petitioner has been detained in several offences spread over the country pertaining to the provisions of M.P.I.D. Act.

The petitioner is in judicial custody since 2019. It is his case that several F.I.Rs. have been filed in State, however, he is not aware of all of them. The petitioner seeks clubbing of all F.I.Rs. in the initial F.I.R. bearing Crime No.210/2019 registered by Police Station Kotwali. 4.

Petitioner has similarly approached to the Supreme Court which has clubbed 118 F.I.Rs. registered in the State of Uttar Pradesh and granted liberty to approach respective High Courts for the remaining F.I.Rs. registered elsewhere. 5.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable on 27.9.2024.
