The petitioner has appeared for MH-CET for seeking admission to the LL.B (3 years) Course. The petitioner has appeared for the examination and in the admission process, Dr.Ambedkar College, Department of Law Dikshabhooomi, Nagpur was allotted. However, the petitioner's admission was declined in Central Admission Process (CET) vide impugned communication dated 16.08.2024 stating that the petitioner was personally absent at the time of admission.

Thus, the principal relief is regarding denial of admission by State CET.
