On 04.09.2024 this Court has caused notice in the matters but till this date neither the Investigating Officer nor the Senior Police Inspector of the said Police Station has chosen to file reply nor the instructions are provided to the Office of the Public Prosecutor.

That being so, we grant three weeks time to file reply in the matters failing which the Court will summon the Superintendent of Police (Rural) with the investigation status. 4.

We further direct the Senior Police Inspector who is the Incharge of the Police Station, to remain present as we could notice serious lapse of the said Officer in submitting response to the Office of the Public Prosecutor.
