On 04.09.2024, this Court ordered notice to the respondents. Perhaps, on 04.09.2025 the respondent No.1 was served with an advance copy of the petition, for which a wireless intimation was already issued pursuant to the procedure adopted by the office of the Public Prosecutor. Similarly, the matter was again listed on 07.02.2025 before which also the aforesaid procedure was adopted. 2.

We are constrained to summon the senior Police Inspector of the Police Station for not responding to the Office of the Public Prosecutor. The Public Prosecutor during the course of the hearing has informed about certain administrative difficulties and deficiencies as are instructed by the senior Police Inspector of the Police Station in the matter of managing wireless information. 3.

Considering the same, we deem it appropriate to post the matter in next week and direct the senior Police Inspector of the respondent No.1 to apprise the Superintendent of Police, Nagpur Rural about the

We expect the response of the Superintendent of Police on resolving the said issue expeditiously as it is noticed that the administrative difficulties, which led to the matter being adjourned time and again, needs to be redressed not only in relation to the respondent No.1Police Station, but in relation to the entire jurisdiction of Superintendent of Police, Nagpur Rural.
