We have perused the affidavit of Superintendent of Police, Nagpur Rural dated 11.03.2025. Paragraph 4 of the said affidavit reads thus :
"4. I say and submit that, I will check the concern instruments installed in Police Station, whether are in running condition to avoid any inconvenience caused to this Hon'ble High Court. I tendered my unconditional apology for the same and ensure that, such things will not happen in future."

We permit the Superintendent of Police to complete the exercise referred in the said paragraph within a period of two weeks from today and direct to place on record through an affidavit about the details of remedy which is taken recourse to. 3.
Stand over to 2.04.2025.

In the meantime, leave to amend the Writ Petition so as to question the charge-sheet.
