The petitioner is seeking directions to the Sessions Court to expedite the trial bearing Sessions Case No.100 of 2019.

It is submitted that though the charge-sheet has been filed in the year 2019, till date the muddemal has not been received nor the charges have been framed. The petitioner is a father of deceased, who claims that in order to have expeditious disposal, directions be issued. 4.

Call report from the concerned Sessions Judge regarding the stage of proceedings and constraints, if any, in expeditious trial.

Registrar (Judicial) to ensure that report shall reach on or before the next date.
