This petition raises a challenge to rejection of parole leave. It is submitted that parole leave has been rejected only on the ground of Rule 19[3][C][ii] of the Prison (Bombay Parole and Furlough) Rules, which according to the petitioner would not sustain in view of various decisions. 3.
