On 18/09/2024, after the notice was ordered, the learned APP has waived the service. Thereafter, on 15/01/2025 the matter was again listed before the Court for removal of office objections. The detaining authority i.e. respondent No.2 having regard to the nature of the relief claimed in the petition ought to have issued instructions and established the contact with the Office of Public Prosecutor.

That being so, we saddle the costs of Rs. 5,000/- to be recovered from the respondent No.2 to be deposited within a period of one week from today with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.

We further direct the respondents to file rely in the matter by 28/02/2025 as a last chance.
