Perusal of the case diary depicts that though Crime No.0012/2024 punishable under Sections 420, 498-A, 376(2)(f), 376(2)(n), 354-A and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code is registered the investigation has not progressed till this date. 3.

That being so, we direct the Senior P.I. of the respondent Police Station to file an affidavit explaining the investigation carried out in the matter till this date.

Let the affidavit be placed on record within four weeks from today.

Stand over to 27.2.2025.
