A categorical statement is made on instructions by learned Advocate for the petitioners that minimum amount of Rs.1,26,000/- shall be maintained with respondent No.3 bank till the outcome of the offence which is subject matter of crime which has led to the freezing of the accounts of the petitioners.

By accepting said statement as an undertaking to this Court and by directing respondent No.3 to keep minimum amount of Rs.1,26,000/- in the account of the petitioner, we allow the other accounts of the petitioners to be defrezzed.
