It is brought to our notice that connected Writ Petition Nos.335/2023 and 317/2023 arising out of same prosecution offence report are pending and are placed on 14.10.2024 and in Writ Petition No.335/2023 interim stay has been granted.

Issue notice to the respondents.

Ms. S.S. Jachak, learned A.P.P. waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In the meantime, there shall be interim stay to the auction.
