Heard learned advocate for the petitioner.

Perused the impugned order dated 27.09.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Pusad. Perusal of the impugned order shows that the learned Magistrate has directed the production of the child. Learned Magistrate would decide the handing over of the custody of the child after conducting an appropriate inquiry. 3.

In view of this, I am of the view that this petition is premature. The petitioner can file his reply, say etc. to the application for production of the child.
