It is apparent on the face of the record that the notice has already been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Beed by the office. It appears that the in-charge of the concerned police station has not complied with the order passed by this Court on 27.11.2024.

In-charge of the concerned police station is directed to ensure service of notice to respondent nos.2 and 3 within three weeks.
