The petitioner Bank Manager is seeking to quash the F.I.R. No.RC0682017E0007 dated 2.6.2017 along with charge-sheet, bearing Special Case No.3/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 on account of settlement. The petitioner would submit that the matter has been amicably settled with the principal borrower. 3.
It is informed that the petitioner has also applied for discharge before the trial Court which is pending.

On oral request leave is granted to add Bank of Baroda, Regional Office, Nagpur, as the complaint was lodged by the then Manager of the said Bank.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

In addition to regular mode of service, private

If the petitioner files an application for adjournment before the trial Court, it shall be considered by taking into account pendency of the matters. 8.
On oral request, the petitioner is permitted to correct typographical mistake on Page No.9 of the petition in clause (viii) as Exhibit '47' instead of Exhibit '56' and also permitted to replace Annexure-E.

The necessary correction and replacement shall be made forthwith.
