It is petitioners' contention that on account of death of their daughter, crime has been registered, however the investigation is not properly done. The petitioners alleged that it is a case of dowry death. The police is hiding real culprit and therefore, necessary action is sought. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable after four weeks. The learned APP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
