Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, from the respondents states that having obtained the report of the handwriting expert, the Investigating Officer has formed an opinion that there is sufficient material to submit final report. According to him, final report shall be submitted within a period eight weeks from today.

No further extension on whatsoever ground shall be granted for submission of final report.

In view of aforesaid statement, petition is not pressed. 5.
