Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that some time may be granted to the petitioner to pay the arrears. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to deposit the amount but he needs some time. It is submitted that till the deposit of the amount non bailable warrant be kept in abeyance.

In view of this, the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the total arrears within two weeks' from today.

The petitioner shall deposit the balance 50% amount within three weeks thereafter. The petitioner shall furnish the undertaking to that effect before the learned Magistrate within two days. 5.

During this period, the arrest warrant shall remain in abeyance. If there is failure on the part of the petitioner to comply this order and undertaking, then further steps for execution be taken.

The amount be deposited before the trial Court.

In view of the above, Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of.
