This petition is seeking production of the daughter of respondent Nos.5 and 6 who was intending to get married to the petitioner. Reliance is placed on notice dated July 21, 2024 wherein the petitioner had intention to perform registered marriage. 2.

In the marriage form, the age of the girl is shown to be 19 years whereas in the investigation papers of Crime No.270/2024 registered with Kapil Nagar Police Station, the date of birth of the girl is referred as July 14, 2007 based on the school leaving certificate. 3.

As such, on the date notice was issued, the girl appears to have not completed 18 years of age.

Counsel for the petitioner in response to above seeks time till next week so as to take instructions about the age of the girl. 5.
