Considering the adverse police report and in absence of the authenticity of surety, particularly, as reflected in the police report, we are not inclined to grant the relief of furlough. 3.

As it is mentioned in the impugned order that though the father of the petitioner is willing to stand surety, however, he is not residing at the address mentioned in the application, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach again before the authorities, in case the petitioner is willing to provide an appropriate surety.
